Connecticut Urban Legal Initiative, Inc. continues to provide active client support and legal assistance throughout the year, even when classes are not in session. Each year, depending upon the availability of funds, CULI looks for one to two summer interns to continue the work of the students during the year and undertake larger, more intensive projects. The past several years, students have applied for PILG grants to work at CULI and in other cases CULI has identified a source of funds to support a summer stipend. Some interns have worked full-time and others part-time; some have worked for law school credits, others for salary. Inquire at CULI if you have an interest in a summer internship.
